Terms of Service
Terms of Service for Florida Bachelor Parties. Understand your rights and responsibilities when using our statewide planning site.
Acceptance and service
By accessing or using Florida Keys: Signature Wedding Weekends (the "Platform"), operated by Modern Era Weddings, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Platform offers a free Wedding Fit Finder, Budget Calculator, and Timeline Builder, plus a paid 49-question Design Studio for design direction and vendor matches. Modern Era also produces event entertainment and guest experiences and can introduce couples to vendors. We do not sell planning packages or provide wedding coordination. Couples who need a coordinator hire one independently, and Modern Era can work alongside that coordinator. Vendor profiles are provided for informational purposes, and any engagement with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor. Tool outputs are estimates and starting points, not professional planning advice.
Accounts and payments
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure. Paid features are clearly labeled with their price before purchase and all payments are processed securely by Stripe. Questions about these Terms? Contact us at info@floridakeyssignatureweddingweekends.com.
